The filtrate section is along the horizontal direction of the
horizontal vacuum belt filter, it can continuously achieves a
serious technical processes of filtration, cake washing,
discharging, filter washing, etc.. The mother liquid and cake
washing liquid can be collected by different cavities.
Horizontal Vacuum Belt Filter adopts fixed vacuum box, the endless
rubber belt is driven and moves on the vacuum box by gearbox
continuously. The filter cloth lays on the belt and moves with belt
synchronously. A water sealing structure is formed between wear
belt and rubber belt.
The slurry feeds through the hopper and distributed on the cloth
evenly. When vacuum goes through the vacuum box, a vacuum absorbing
and filtration section are formed on the belt.
