The operating principle of our Thickener Equipment is based on gravity sedimentation. The tapered bottom of thickener is a cylinder groove, consisted of concrete, wood or metal plates. Thickener can settle and concentrate the slurry solid density from 10~20% to 45~55% under the function of gravitation via the thickener rake. The thicken slurry is discharged from the bottom of thickener.

Thickener is widely used in solid-liquid industries such as wet metallurgy, mineral separation, chemical industry, etc. Diameter: 3-100meters.
