Sludge Plate Filter Press SIEMENS PLC Control Ground Installation Dewatering
Press filter is consisted with filter plate, filter frame, filter cloth and press diaphragm.
The filter plate is consisted with diaphragm plate and side plate. Tow sides of diaphragm base plate are covered by rubber diaphragm. Cloth is on outside of the plate. The slurry enters into the press filter and flows from the holes of thrust plate. Solid size bigger than the medium or cloth is blocked in the filtration chamber. The filtrate is flows out from the bottom drainage holes of filter plate.
| Frame | Frame is the basic component of filter press. Thrust plate and compass plate is on the two side of filter press, connected by side beams. Main beam supports the filter plate, filter frame and press plate. |
| Thrust plate | Thrust plate connects filter press and foundation. The feeding hole of chamber type filter press is in the middle of thrust plate, other four holes are on four corners. The upper two holes are inlet of cleaning solution and compressed air; the lower holes are outlet. |
