Vacuum Absorbing Filtration Press Filter Chamber Volume 750L Vertical Filter
Filter press is a common solid-liquid separation equipment, using special filtering medium to press on the object and dialyze out the liquid.
The filter plate is consisted with diaphragm plate and side plate. Tow sides of diaphragm base plate are covered by rubber diaphragm. Then cloth is on outside of it. The slurry enters into the press filter and flows from the holes of thrust plate. Solid size bigger than the medium or cloth is blocked in the filtration chamber. The filtrate is flows out from the bottom drainage holes of filter plate.
Cake dewatering can not only adopt diaphragm pressing but also use air compressor or steam, the air flows from the washing inlet, and remove the moisture from the cake to reduce the moisture content.
