Steel Frame Square Filter Press Vacuum Process Treatment Sludge Filteration
Filter plate has a characteristic of stable performance, convenience operation, safe and energy saving. Narrow metal tube is made of seamless steel pipe, fine casting plastic steel filter plate is high temperature resistant, high pressure resistant and durability.
Frame is the basic component of filter press. Thrust plate and compass plate is on the two side of filter press, connected by side beams.

The compassed unit of press filter can be divided in manual compass, mechanical compass, hydraulic compass.
Manual compass is push the compass plate by screw type mechanical jack to impact the filter plate.
Mechanical compass is consisted by motor with advantage overload protector, reducer, gear, thread rod and fixing nut.
Hydraulic compass unit is consisted with hydraulic station, oil cylinder, piston and rod, and connecting plate between piston rod and compass plate.
