Ceramic Disc Filter Mechanical Filtration Process Vertical Installation Vacuum Function
The structure of ridges on two sides of the disc are different. These ridges consists a block surface to block and store the suspending solids. Open design of ridge external can keep the filter disc tight during the back washing process and ensure the back washing efficient, even if in a low water pressure. Cycled edge ensure the filtrate precision, and form the water channel, which increase the filtration precision to 5μ.
When the slurry flows into the space of filter disc, it goes along the holes to the inner of disc, the larger size impurities blocked and the small ones can still pass through.
