Desanding hydrocyclone is a kind of clarify equipment adopting centrifugal force to speed up settling of particles. The hydrocyclone needs pressure feeding, so more power cost, but small footprint, low cost, big processing capacity, hi-efficient clarify. More fine overflow product obtained. It is mainly for classification of second stage mine grinding closed cycle.
Hydrocyclone tank is consisted with a upper hollow cylinder and a lower inverted cone, besides this, a feeding pipe, overflow pipe and sand settling outlet.
No drive unit, the structure of hydrocyclone is simple, low cost, particle size is fine after classifying, hi-efficient classifying, up to 80~90%.
